Hey there! I'm Lauren, founder of Nourish With Ease

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian passionate about making the often confusing world of nutrition feel simple, supportive, and sustainable. I completed both my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, and my Bachelor of Nutrition Science at Monash University. 

Whether you’re navigating IBS, Coeliac Disease, food intolerances, overcoming yo-yo dieting, needing dietary guidance for medical diagnosise or just wanting to feel your best without restriction, I’m here to help you find an approach that enhances your life.

My passion for dietetics comes from my own experience with Coeliac Disease, IBS, and intolerances. I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel to manage symptoms, balance health goals, or figure out what to actually do after a diagnosis, especially while trying to maintain a positive relationship with food. Those experiences shaped my belief that no one should have to face their nutrition challenges alone.

Now, my goal is to be the support I once needed ~ to listen, empower, and help you build knowledge and confidence around food. Together, we’ll bring joy back to eating and find ease in nourishment, guided by empathy and evidence-based care.

Outside of my passion for dietetics, I love being active and getting outdoors, reading, cooking and of course, spending time with my family, friends and pets.

No two people are the same so your nutrition shouldn’t be either. I consider your health needs, preferences, and circumstances to create a plan that’s practical and adaptable. From managing health conditions to building confidence around food choices, I’ll help you find what works for you to fit your life.

I take a health-first approach. We’ll work towards your goals with balance, no deprivation, no quick fixes. My role is to help you build habits that nourish your body, support your long-term wellbeing, and reflect your values.

I believe that lasting change comes from feeling informed and supported. We’ll work together to build your confidence in making nutrition decisions so that you can feel better, build life-long skills and develop an understanding that empowers you.

Nutrition doesn't always feel easy. I'm here to support and guide you through until we find a way of eating that enhances your wellbeing and fits your lifestyle, without the stress or rigidity. Together, we focus on small, realistic changes that make healthy living feel natural and achievable. Sometimes learning how to navigate nutrition can be tricky and have hurdles, difficulties and set backs which can be hard to navigate alone. I'm here to be in your corner every step of the way.
